Game Day: Checking Players In
Check players in, add late arrivals, take players off the waitlist and drop no-shows on the day.
Before round one, check who is here, drop the no-shows and add late arrivals. It all happens from the Players button on Game Day > Pairings, which shows how many are checked in (for example Players 14/16).
Check players in
Players can check themselves in from the Battle Hub (see Check-in on Event Day). To do it for them, click Players, find them under Playing and click Check in.
Add a late arrival
- In Players, click Add Player.
- Search for the player, or type a new name to create them, and pick their Faction.
- On a paid event, set Requires Payment and Payment Status (for example, if they paid cash at the door).
- Click Add Player.
If the event is already full, the new player goes onto the Waitlist. Click Add to event next to a waitlisted name to move them into Playing; they get the usual spot-available notification.
Drop a no-show
Under Playing, click Drop next to their name and confirm. Dropped players are left out of all future pairings. To undo, click Reinstate under Dropped. A player who was refunded on a paid event comes back as unpaid.
