Check In on Event Day

When you arrive at the tournament venue, head to the Battle Hub to check in. The Battle Hub is your home screen for the entire event: pairings, scores, and standings all live here.

The check-in card

At the top of the Battle Hub you will see the Player Event Status card. It shows:

• Event day - "Day 1 of 2" for multi-day events, or "Today" for single-day events.
• Your name and faction - confirms who you are registered as.
• Army list status - a colour-coded badge: List Approved (green), List Submitted (amber), or List Required (red).
• Registration status - a badge in the top-right showing your current state, such as Confirmed or Checked In.

Checking in

When check-in is open, a green Check In button appears on the card. Tap it and your status changes from Confirmed to Checked In. That is it, you are ready to play. If check-in has not opened yet, you will see "Check-in opens on event day".

Multi-day events

For multi-day tournaments, check-in may be required each day. The card updates to show the current day number and you check in again at the start of each day.

After check-in

Once checked in, the Match tab becomes available in the Battle Hub when the round is active. You will see your current match, table assignment, and opponent details. Head to your table and get playing.
