Why can't players see pairings or standings?
What players and followers see during the event, and where to change it.
Players see their own pairing in the Battle Hub as soon as you click Publish Pairings. Everything else is set in Setup > Dates & Payment under What Players & Followers See, and both switches there are off by default.
- Public live pairings: anyone can open the Battle Board link, pairings show on the event page, and followers get round emails. Off, only staff and players in the event see pairings.
- Standings between rounds: players see the standings and their rank in the Battle Hub, on the event page and on the Battle Board. Off, they only see how many scores are in.
Click Save after changing either switch.
Final results stay hidden until you click Reveal Results to Players & Battle Board on the Pairings tab after the last round, or complete the tournament.
