What does OWR charge, and when do I get paid?
The ticketing fee, who pays it, and when Stripe pays you out.
Each paid ticket has a ticketing fee that covers Stripe's card processing and the OWR service fee. The rate depends on your currency and is shown on Setup > Dates & Payment once you enter an entry fee. Stripe pays the money into your bank, usually within 2 to 7 business days.
Under Ticketing Fees Paid By, choose who pays the fee:
- Player (Teams in doubles and teams events): the fee is added at checkout, so you receive your full entry fee. This is the default.
- Organizer: players pay your listed fee and the ticketing fee comes out of your payout.
The breakdown underneath shows Your Estimated Payout per player and at full capacity. Free events and events paid outside OWR have no fee.
To see each payment and payout, open Profile Settings > Payments and click Manage Stripe Account.
