Why isn't a player being paired?
Pairing skips dropped, waitlisted and unpaid players. How to fix an unpaid registration.
Pairing leaves out players who are dropped, on the waitlist, or registered but not yet paid. Unpaid players show under Awaiting Payment on the Attendees tab, and you cannot check them in.
To fix an unpaid player:
- Go to Setup > Attendees and open the ⋮ menu on their row.
- Choose Edit.
- Turn on Payment Status if they paid you another way, or turn off Requires Payment for a free spot.
- Click Save Changes.
If they still need to pay online, Copy Payment Link in the same menu gives you a checkout link to send them.
A waitlisted player needs Add to event in Game Day > Pairings > Players. A dropped player needs Reinstate. If the round is already paired, click Re-pair Players. Locked tables stay where they are.
