A player didn't turn up, or arrived late. What do I do?
Drop no-shows and add late arrivals from Game Day > Pairings > Players.
Drop no-shows and add late arrivals from Game Day > Pairings, using the Players button. It is easiest before you pair round 1.
A no-show: in Players, click Drop next to their name and confirm with Drop. They are left out of every future pairing. When you pair round 1, a Players Not Checked In box lists anyone you have not checked in, so you can drop them there.
If you already paired the round but have not started it, dropping the player leaves their opponent with an open slot. Click Re-pair Players, or pair the opponent by hand with Add Match.
A late arrival:
- In Players, click Add Player.
- Search for them, or type their name to create them.
- Pick their Faction. On a paid event, set Requires Payment and Payment Status.
- Click Add Player.
They are paired from the next round you pair. If the event is full they go on the waitlist; click Add to event to bring them in.
