Reviewing Army Lists
Approve army lists, or ask a player to change theirs and approve it when it comes back.
Check each player's army list from Setup > Attendees, approve it, or send it back for changes.
The list button on each row shows where things stand: amber means a list is waiting for you, green means you have approved it, and red means there is no list yet or you have asked for a resubmission.
Approve a list
- Click an amber list button to read the list.
- Click Approve. The button turns green and the player is emailed.
Ask for changes
- Open the list and click Request Resub (or pick Request List Resubmission from the ⋮ menu on their row). Their list reopens, even after the list deadline.
- You land on Communications with a message to that player ready to go: the subject, a link to their registration and their current list are filled in.
- Add what needs to change and click Send Message.
Always send the message. Requesting a resubmission does not email the player by itself. Without the message, they only see it if they open their registration or the Play page.
What the player sees
Their event on the Play page shows Resub list with a Resubmit List button, and their registration page shows your request above their list. When they resubmit, the list button turns amber again. A couple of minutes later you are emailed and notified that it is back, unless you have already approved it.
Changed your mind? Open the list and click Cancel Resub.
