Why aren't my results showing in the rankings?
Results reach the rankings when you complete the tournament, and only for eligible events.
Results only go to the Old World Rankings rankings when you click Complete Tournament in the top bar. Until then they stay on your event.
Completing the tournament publishes the results, updates player profiles and rankings, and emails final results to players and followers. Ranking points are worked out in the background, so allow a few minutes.
If the event is complete and players still have no ranking points, check whether it counts:
- Global rankings count singles events only.
- Each region's season has its own rules, such as a minimum number of players. By default only singles events count.
- Ringers never earn ranking points.
To correct a result after completing, choose Reopen Tournament from the arrow menu, fix it, then complete the tournament again. Rankings recalculate when you do.
