Which time zone does my event run in?
Your event uses the time zone of its venue.
Your event runs in the time zone of its venue. OWR works it out from the Venue location on the Overview tab. If there is no venue address, it uses your region's time zone. There is no separate time zone setting.
The event's time zone decides:
- when the event day starts, which is when your dashboard opens on Game Day
- the end of the day for your Refund Deadline
- which day a player's check-in counts for on a multi-day event
If the time zone is wrong, check the venue on Setup > Overview: click the pencil next to Venue location, correct the address and click Save.
